Project Manager – Moves & Relocations
Location: Oldbury (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 2 years
Start Date: November 2025
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Hours: Full time
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a series of business-critical relocation and move management projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver end-to-end move and relocation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Manage stakeholder engagement at all levels, providing clear communication and updates throughout project lifecycles.

Oversee fit-out works and ensure all activities are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.

Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Manage and motivate people involved in the relocation process, ensuring a smooth transition.

Identify risks and issues early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven track record in move management and relocation projects.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience in fit-out projects and facilities-related environments.

Excellent organisational and people management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
